Shipping Policies

We do not offer international shipping at this time. This is subject to change.

Please be sure to always double check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. By verifying that your products, quantities, and address are all correct, you are helping us to ensure full satisfaction.

We currently ship packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. After payment processing, we typically ship within 1-3 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) of receiving your order. Delivery times are set by delivery carriers and are shown at checkout. After your initial confirmation email, you will receive another email once your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Please note, once packages are scanned with delivery carriers and are in their possession, Sol Rise Essentials accepts no responsibility for parcel location and conditions. Should any delays or misplacements happen, please call USPS/UPS customer service with your tracking number with any questions or concerns. Please be mindful that severe weather, holidays and/or seasons of high demand may cause minor delays or interruptions related to delivery.

If you are checking out using PayPal Express, you will be redirected to PayPal to enter your credit card information and billing address. After this step, shipping options will appear.

Policies related to COVID-19

COVID-19 PROTOCOL & DELAYS

In addition to the processing and shipping times above, please be aware that there is potential for delayed delivery from carriers due to COVID-19. Sol Rise Essentials is following the recommended precautions for cleaning and sanitizing during our packaging and shipping routines. It's recommended that you take preferred personal precautions once your package arrives.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We would love the chance to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

We have a 15-Day Return Policy, which means you have 15 days (excluding weekends) after receiving your item to notify us of defectiveness, damage or having received the wrong item. Please note: all jewelry is final sale unless it arrives to you damaged. Proof of damage is required; email photos to care@solriseessentials.com along with the name, order number, address, and email used for the order.

All items must be free of fragrance, stains, be unworn and unused. 

To initiate a return, contact us at care@solriseessentials.com. Please include the name, order number, address, and email used for the order. Once we have all required information, we will review it and notify you if a return has been approved. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us before properly initiating a return will not be approved or accepted.

If you opt for an exchange, we'll ship you the correct or new item of equal value.

REFUNDS

After your return has been approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well. Check their terms for any concerns.
