Shipping information + policies

We do not offer international shipping at this time. This is subject to change.

Please be sure to always double check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. By verifying that your products, quantities, and address are all correct, you are helping us to ensure your full satisfaction.

We currently ship packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. After payment processing, we typically ship within 1-3 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery times are set by USPS/UPS and are shown at checkout. After your initial confirmation email from us, you will receive another email once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed in the order received and any orders received after 5PM (EST) will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped, USPS tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Please note, once packages are scanned with USPS/UPS and in their possession, Sol Rise Essentials accepts no responsibility for package location and conditions. Should any delays or misplacements happen, please call USPS or UPS with your tracking number with any questions or concerns. Please be mindful that severe weather, holidays and seasons of high demand may cause delay related to delivery and processing time.

Policies related to COVID-19

In addition to the processing and shipping times above, please be aware that there is potential for delayed delivery from carriers due to COVID-19. Sol Rise Essentials is following the recommended precautions for cleaning and sanitizing during our packaging and shipping routines. It's recommended that you take preferred personal precautions once your package arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds at this time so it's very important to adhere to sizing recommendations in our product descriptions. 

All jewelry is final sale unless it arrives to you damaged. Proof of damage and purchase is required; email photos to Please include your order numbername, address, and email used on the order.

We strive to provide attentive customer service, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We would love the chance to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

We have a 14-Day Policy, which means you have 14 days (excluding weekends) after receiving your item to notify us with proof of defectiveness, damage or having received the wrong item.

To initiate this process, contact us at Please include your order numbername, address, and email used on the order. Once we have all required information from you, we will review and notify you if an exchange has been approved or denied. Once approved, we'll ship you the correct or new item.

Please note that there is a $6 fee to cover shipping both ways in the event an exchange needs to occur due to the issues mentioned above.
